Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Please cancel your appointment by emailing JillyKutzHair@gmail.com

To best serve my clients, I require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure the cancellation policy is upheld, I require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are be subject to a charge of 30% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. 

Any missed appointment (No SHOW) will result in a charge equal to 75% of the service booked.

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible I will do my best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

Service Guarantee

I make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience here at JillyKutz hair salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. 

Refunds

All services are non-refundable but I will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

 The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).    Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date. (Minor adjustments are allowed however, for example you;’d be happier with a shorter bang, or wispier face framing., however the one week policy still applies.)

 It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so I can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. 

 Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating any inappropriate behavior.

Return Policy 

I am happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in Salon credit will be issued.
